The Mind & Body Program is designed to help you achieve and maintain a healthy body weight and lower your risk for chronic disease. Unlike other programs you may have tried, this program teaches you how to make sustainable changes with new knowledge, behavioral strategies, and thinking skills. Whether your goal is to lose 25 pounds, reduce your stress levels, or improve your overall fitness, we can help you get there.
There is no cost to enroll for eligible participants.
Here's What You Get:
Expert Guidance — You will work with a wellness coach and registered dietitian over the phone to develop an action plan for achieving your personal health goals. Coaches will be on hand to assist you throughout the program, both on the phone, over email and in discussion forums on Web Coach.
Web Coach — You'll be a member of an exclusive online learning community where you can work on mastering The 8 Essential Practices using e-lessons, videos, articles, games, and podcasts. Progress trackers help you record and share your progress towards your goals with your coach. There are over 40 different topics on Web Coach to choose from including: Reducing Sedentary Behavior, Sleep, Weight & Stress, Emotional Eating, Body Image, Exercise & The Brain, Guided Stress Reduction Techniques, Portion Sizes, and Time Management.
Community Support — Get advice, share your ideas, and discuss your challenges and progress with other participants in the program. Our online discussion forums are moderated by our expert coaches.
Welcome Kit — Includes a printed guide to the program, tape measure for your waist, reusable lunch bag, and a pedometer to track your steps.
