The Mind & Body Program is available to people seeking to achieve and maintain a healthy weight, improve their energy levels, reduce their stress levels, and lower their risk for chronic disease. People under 18 years old, women who are pregnant, people with a BMI of less than 20, and those who have had gastric bypass surgery are not eligible for the program.

The Mind & Body Program structures its 12 month guided curriculum around the 8 Essential Practices for a Healthy Mind & Body. This curriculum includes life-long practices designed to address poor nutrition, stress, and physical inactivity. Once you join the program, you will immediately be part of a private, online learning community in which you will complete courses, track progress, and interact with others in the program. Mind & Body Coaches, Nutrition Coaches, and Activity Coaches will support and assist you throughout the program, via phone and online interactions.

The Mind & Body Program is a 12-month program with the majority of learning and skill development occurring in the first 4-6 months through intensive coaching sessions over the phone combined with directed online learning. The second half of the program is designed for practice and progress, including unlimited access to coaches over the phone for ongoing support and to Web Coach for recording progress and interacting with coaches and other participants in the program.

The entire program takes place online and over the phone without the need to attend classes. You'll participate in coaching calls and communicate through emails with coaches on your own schedule. In order to be successful in the program, we strongly recommend spending at least 15-20 minutes each day on Web Coach tracking your progress, participating in community discussions and working towards mastering the 8 Essential Practices.
